How, when and where we deliver your On The Way Holistics order across South Africa.

Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. We currently do not ship internationally. Deliveries are made to physical street addresses; we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping options and delivery times
At checkout you can choose the option that suits you:
- Standard Delivery — 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Delivery — 1 to 2 business days (an additional fee is calculated at checkout).
Delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment it is placed.
Free shipping
We offer free standard nationwide shipping on all orders over R500. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Express delivery, where selected, is charged even on orders that qualify for free standard shipping.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Keeping your products fresh on arrival
Our sea moss gels are wildcrafted and preservative-free. On arrival, please refrigerate the gels promptly. Refrigerated, they keep for 3 to 4 weeks, and they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Capsules should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Delivery address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
Delays outside our control
While we work hard to dispatch quickly and choose reliable couriers, delivery times are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier backlogs, load shedding, severe weather, peak periods or deliveries to remote areas. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.
